STROUD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police have issued a warrant for a 20-year-old man in connection with retail thefts at two smoke shops.

Jasire Dante McZeek of Pennsylvania is wanted on a retail theft charge following incidents on Feb. 7 and Feb. 9.

Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to PuffCity Smoke Shop on Frantz Road at 5:56 p.m. on Feb. 7 for a report of a retail theft.

The victim told police that two males came into the store at approximately 3:30 p.m. and made a purchase that required her to get an item from behind the counter.

After the males left, she noticed that several vapes were missing from the shelf that were not previously sold.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the two males returned to the store and the victim asked them to leave.

Upon leaving, they removed a full container of “Third Eye Death Star THCA,” valued at $950, and a partially full container of “Hempstar Reserve Hybrid THCA,” valued at $350, and ran out the door without paying for the items.

The victim provided photos from the surveillance system and a copy of a false ID that was provided for the original purchase.

On Feb. 9, another retail theft occurred at Acadia Canna & Kratom Smoke Shop involving two males and the same false ID.

The males were identified as McZeek and Jason Albino-Febus from body camera footage and previous booking photos.

Charges were filed and felony warrants were issued for both men.

Albino-Febus turned himself in on Feb. 3, 2026, was arraigned at Magisterial District Judge Gasper’s office and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of McZeek to contact them.
