YORK, PA — A Pennsylvania man faces a retail theft charge following an incident at a Target store last month.
Joshua Lee Barber, 47, was charged Thursday with one count of retail theft.
The charge stems from a police investigation that occurred Jan. 21 at the Target located at 2251 York Crossing Drive in West Manchester Township.
Police have not released ay more information at this time.
