Man charged with retail theft in West Manchester Township

WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania man faces a retail theft charge following an incident at a grocery store.

Joshua James Simmons, 40, of Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of retail theft on Dec. 22.

The charge stems from a police investigation into an incident that occurred on Dec. 18 at Weis Markets located at 1800 Roosevelt Avenue.

Simmons was arrested on Jan. 28, 2026.
