SAUGERTIES, NY — A 38-year-old man was arrested on a petit larceny charge following a shoplifting complaint on Route 212.
Justin M. Euson, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5, 2026, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at 399 Route 212 and conducted an investigation.
Euson was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Euson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
