SWANTON, VT — A St. Albans man was arrested on a DUI charge after troopers found his disabled vehicle in the median of Interstate 89 northbound.
Everett Haddock, 24, of St. Albans, was taken into custody at approximately 9:58 a.m. Feb. 7.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks discovered the disabled vehicle in the median near mile marker 122.
An investigation revealed that Haddock was under the influence of intoxicants, police said.
Haddock was transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear before Franklin County Superior Court on Feb. 24 at 8 a.m.
