NEW LISBON, NY — A 40-year-old man was arrested Wednesday following a dispute.
Cory Moore, of New Lisbon, was charged with criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Moore was held for centralized arraignment processing.
An order of protection was issued for the victim at New Lisbon Town Court.
