SENECA, NY — Members of the New York State Police from SP Canandaigua Uniform Force and Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident with a fatality on State Route 14A near Hastings Road on Feb. 7, 2026.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:01 p.m. in the town of Seneca, Ontario County.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene and confirmed that the collision resulted in one fatality.
State Route 14A is currently closed, and traffic is being rerouted in the area while the investigation continues.
