CARLISLE, PA — A woman was arrested after police found her in possession of a stolen vehicle on Feb. 5, 2026.
The Middlesex Township Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle that day.
Following an investigation, officers identified Jessica L. Steinour, 28, of Pennsylvania, as one of the suspects.
The stolen vehicle was later located in Carlisle Borough, where Steinour was found in possession of the car.
She was taken into custody without incident.
Steinour was charged with one count of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, both felonies.
She was transported to the Cumberland County Central Booking Center for processing and is awaiting arraignment.
