PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman and her young daughter.
Samyra Dow, 26, of Philadelphia, and her 2-year-old daughter Nova Everet were reported missing to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Dow was last seen by her mother in May 2025.
Police said Dow and her daughter may be staying in local shelters.
Dow is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.
