WATERBURY, VT — A 43-year-old man was arrested on assault charges following a dispute at a trailer park late Wednesday night.
Troopers received a report of a dispute at Center Trailer Park Road at 11:20 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026.
Investigation revealed that Shane Salls, of Waterbury, committed the offenses of simple assault and domestic assault, according to Vermont State Police.
Salls was taken into custody and brought to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
One of the victims was identified as Rodney Worden, 53, of Waterbury.
Police did not release the name of a second victim in accordance with their policy on domestic violence cases.
Salls is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 6, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
