WEYBRIDGE, VT — A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after her vehicle went off the roadway early Thursday morning.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a vehicle off the road near the intersection of Morgan Horse Farm Road and Hamilton Road at approximately 12:10 a.m. on February 5, 2026.
The operator was identified as Anna C. Wright, 27, of Middlebury.
Troopers observed indicators of impairment while speaking with Wright.
Wright was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the New Haven Barracks.
She was then taken to the Middlebury Police Department for processing.
Wright was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on February 23, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
The Middlebury Police Department assisted troopers at the scene.
