SHELDON, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 105 at the intersection of Sheldon Heights on Feb. 3 at 1:34 p.m.
Robert Reed, 85, of Fairfield, was driving westbound on Route 105 when he approached several cars stopped at the intersection waiting to turn.
Reed was unable to stop in time and collided with the vehicle in front of him.
His vehicle, a 2017 Kia Sportage, suffered front end damage.
Nancy Campbell, 73, of Richford, was stationary in her 2018 Subaru Forrester when she was rear-ended by Reed.
Both Reed and Campbell were wearing seat belts.
All parties were transported to Northwestern Medical Center for evaluations.
Road and weather conditions were clear at the time of the crash.
The crash was investigated by the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks.
