KUTZTOWN, PA — The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a Philadelphia man in connection with an alleged forgery at a local store.
Eric Riggio, 18, of Philadelphia, is wanted on a felony forgery charge.
Riggio was observed on surveillance video at a Dollar Tree store in Kutztown on Dec. 17, where he allegedly purchased a gift card using a counterfeit bill, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Kutztown Borough Police Department filed the felony forgery charge on Jan. 27.
Riggio is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.
