SPRING TOWNSHIP, PA — The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a man accused of stealing more than $20,000 worth of jewelry.
Damon Sanchez, 29, of West Reading, is wanted on a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking.
On Sept. 1, Sanchez allegedly removed jewelry from a dresser inside the victim’s bedroom without permission.
Following the theft, Sanchez allegedly transported the jewelry to a pawn shop and sold the items.
Criminal charges were filed on Jan. 12 by the Spring Township Police Department.
Sanchez is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 240 pounds.
