PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl.
Karima Welcome was last seen Tuesday at 12:30 a.m. on the 1600 block of North 15th Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Welcome is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with a dark complexion, brown eyes and black curly shoulder-length hair.
She has ear piercings, and her clothing at the time she went missing is unknown.
