THROOP, PA — Police are seeking a 37-year-old man wanted on multiple felony charges.
Vincent Charles Herman is wanted by the Throop Police Department for felony charges of theft, theft by deception and access device fraud, according to police.
Herman is also wanted on felony theft charges out of the Cicero Police Department in New York.
Herman is known to be in the Mt. Pleasant and Selinsgrove area, police said.
Local agencies including Selinsgrove Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police have been notified.
Police said additional victims are coming forward.
