UNION, NY — A Johnson City man faces a drunken driving charge following a motor vehicle accident.
Donald G. Lantz Jr., 55, of Johnson City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
The charge followed an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Union.
The sheriff’s office released information about the arrest on Feb. 3.
