HOLYOKE, MA — Police arrested two women and seized a ghost gun, drugs and cash following a search warrant execution Friday morning.
Angelique Tiwari, 25, of Holyoke, and Aaliyah Dansereau, 22, of Holyoke, were taken into custody at approximately 10:15 a.m. at a home at 44 Pearl Street.
Members of the Holyoke Police Narcotics Bureau and Springfield Police Firearms Investigation Unit executed the warrant following a months-long investigation into Tiwari for illegal possession of firearms and narcotics.
During the search, detectives recovered a ghost gun loaded with 15 rounds of ammunition, a high-capacity firearm magazine loaded with 31 rounds of ammunition, a firearm magazine loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition, five bags of marijuana, nearly $500 in cash and approximately 455 bags of suspected heroin and fentanyl.
Both women face charges including possession with intent to distribute Class A drugs (heroin/fentanyl), possession with intent to distribute Class D drugs (marijuana), possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of ammunition without an FID card, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, possession of an unserialized firearm and conspiracy to violate drug law.
