ALLENTOWN, PA — Four juveniles were arrested and charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred Saturday in the 600 block of Greenleaf Street.
Allentown police responded to the scene at approximately 4:15 p.m. Saturday for a report of an armed robbery.
Officers determined that the victim was robbed of personal property at gunpoint by a group of male suspects who fled in a vehicle.
Officers obtained a vehicle description and utilized Flock Safety to track the vehicle to the city of Bethlehem.
In a collaborative effort, Bethlehem police officers located and detained four juvenile males without incident.
A search warrant executed on the vehicle led to the recovery of the victim’s property and a firearm.
The four juveniles, ages 16 to 17, were charged with robbery, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communications facility, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of firearm by a minor, simple assault and theft by unlawful taking.
