MANTUA TOWNSHIP, NJ — Firefighters responded to a barn fire on Heilig Road early Tuesday morning.
Crews arrived to find the barn fully engulfed in flames, according to the Mantua Township Fire Department.
All animals were safely removed from the structure before firefighters arrived.
No injuries were reported.
The Mantua Township Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
While crews were restoring equipment, Rescue 22 was dispatched as part of Taskforce 23 to a house fire in Harrison Township.
Firefighters assisted with interior operations at the dwelling fire.
No injuries were reported at that incident either.
