ROCKINGHAM, VT — A New York man was cited for excessive speed after being stopped on Rockingham Road on Feb. 2.
Xuantong Liu, 24, of New York, was stopped at approximately 2 p.m. after his vehicle was observed traveling 80 mph in a legally posted 50 mph zone, according to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office.
Liu was released from the scene on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
He was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
