DERBY LINE, VT — A 44-year-old man was cited for violating court-ordered conditions of release on Jan. 30, 2026.
Vermont State Police attempted to locate Shane Lontine regarding an unrelated incident at a residence on Coulter Street at 5:41 p.m.
Lontine, of Derby Line, was not at the residence, in violation of a court-imposed curfew requiring him to be at that location.
Police located Lontine a short time later at another residence in Derby Line.
Lontine was issued a citation to appear in Orleans Criminal Court on Feb. 2, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. to be arraigned on a charge of violation of conditions of release.
