PROCTOR, VT — A local man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant Saturday morning.
Michael Johnson, 38, of Proctor, was arrested at approximately 11:35 a.m. Feb. 1, 2026, when troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks executed a search warrant on Grove Street.
The warrant was for charges of aggravated disorderly conduct and impeding public officers.
Johnson was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was later transported to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
