BALLSTON, NY — A Ballston Lake man was arrested Friday on a rape charge.
Noah M. James, 19, is accused of engaging in vaginal sexual contact with another person who was less than 15 years old while he was 18 years old or more in August in the town of Ballston, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
James was charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in the Ballston Town Court.
