WATERBURY, VT — A Stowe woman was arrested on a second-offense DUI charge Saturday night following a traffic stop.
Sydney Copp, 46, of Stowe, was stopped by Vermont State Police troopers from the Berlin barracks at 11 p.m. on Vermont Route 100 at Guptil Road.
During the traffic stop, troopers observed indicators of impairment, according to police.
Copp was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing.
She was released with a citation to appear in court on Feb. 19, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
