MEDWAY, ME — A traffic stop on Medway Road on Jan. 25, 2026, led to the arrest of a woman on multiple drug charges.
Officer Johnston of the East Millinocket Police Department stopped a vehicle and identified a passenger as Jessica Richards, 44, of Stacyville.
Richards was determined to be on probation and subject to search conditions.
A search of her person and the vehicle was conducted, during which officers located suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.
Richards was placed under arrest and transported to the Penobscot County Jail.
She was charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drugs and was held on a probation violation.
The East Millinocket Police Department was assisted on scene by the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
