WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police charged Donnie Allen Dull, 51, of Pennsylvania, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an investigation that took place on Oct. 23 in the 1400 block of Poplar Road in West Manchester Township.
Dull was formally charged on Jan. 23.
He faces one misdemeanor count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
