CORTLANDVILLE, NY — A Cortland man was arrested Monday night after police responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Cortlandville.
According to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, officers arrived at the scene at approximately 9:19 p.m. on January 27.
An investigation determined that Bryson O. Cook, 22, of Cortland, had damaged property belonging to a known victim.
Cook was taken into custody and transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, where he was processed.
He was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.
Cook was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process on Tuesday at 8 a.m. and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Cortlandville Court on February 2 at 11 a.m.
