Man charged after domestic incident in Waynesboro

WAYNESBORO, PA — Charles Pryor III, 61, of Waynesboro, was arrested and charged with one count of simple assault and one count of terroristic threats following a domestic incident on December 21.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 5:58 p.m. on Grandview Avenue.

Pryor was taken into custody at the scene.

He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
