MANCHESTER, NH — Deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office executed a court-ordered writ of possession on Garden Drive in Manchester on Friday, January 30.
During the operation, deputies encountered a man identified as Justin Oliver of Manchester.
After verifying his identity, deputies learned Oliver had an active federal warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service related to a weapons offense.
Oliver was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Manchester Police Department and is being held pending transfer to the U.S. Marshals Service.
