SHARON HILL, PA — A 42-year-old man faces multiple charges following two reported attempted carjackings on Jan. 26, 2026.
The Sharon Hill Borough Police Department responded to the intersection of Chester Pike and Clifton Avenue at approximately 2:30 p.m. for a reported attempted carjacking.
Officers made contact with the victim and witnesses, who provided a description of the suspect.
Officers located Marc Antoine Tunstall of Pennsylvania a short distance away in Folcroft.
Police said Tunstall had attempted to carjack another person and assault an innocent bystander while they were pumping gas.
Tunstall was charged with robbery of a motor vehicle, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and harassment.
He was transferred to Chester County Prison.
The Sharon Hill Police Department was assisted by the Folcroft Police Department, Darby Township Police Department and Darby Borough Police Department.
