COLUMBIA, PA — A man faces a simple assault charge following an early morning incident Sunday.
Yandel Rodriguez, 20, of Columbia, was charged with simple assault in connection with an incident in the 400 block of Locust Street, according to Columbia Borough Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:01 a.m. Jan. 19.
An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges.
In a seperate incident, a 28-year-old man faces a simple assault charge following an incident Sunday morning.
Michael Aaron Vital, of Columbia, was charged in connection with an incident that occurred at approximately 10:03 a.m. in the 200 block of Walnut Street.
An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges.
