Man arrested in shooting incident in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, PA — Police arrested a man Tuesday in connection with a shooting that occurred last week in the 1400 block of Hunter Street.

Robert Banks, 50, of Pennsylvania, was arrested by Harrisburg Police on Jan. 28 in reference to a shooting investigation from Jan. 22.

Banks was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, one count of carrying a firearm without a license, one count of possession of a firearm prohibited and one count of recklessly endangering another person.

Police said Banks discharged a pistol at a vehicle occupied by an adult female and four small children.
