POWNAL, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a Shaftsbury woman early Sunday morning on a stalking charge.
Felecia S. Davis, 19, of Shaftsbury, was taken into custody following a report of harassing and threatening behavior.
Police received the report at 3:50 a.m. on Hidden Valley Road.
The victim was identified as another woman of Pownal.
Through investigation, police determined Davis engaged in stalking behaviors targeting Fachini.
Davis was transported to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
She was charged with one count of stalking and released on conditions set by Judge Valente.
Davis is ordered to appear in Bennington County court on Jan. 28 at 12:30 p.m.
