BOLTON, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant Sunday morning after receiving a report of his whereabouts.
Troopers responded to a residence on Duxbury Road at approximately 9:51 a.m. Sunday after receiving information that an individual with an in-state warrant was at the location.
Police made contact with Craig Moody, 60, of Bolton, and advised him he was under arrest on the warrant.
Moody failed to comply with verbal commands from troopers, according to police.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Moody was charged with failure to appear, resisting arrest and violation of conditions.
Following processing, he was transported to the Northwest Correctional Facility.
