WASHINGTON, VT — A 37-year-old man faces multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a residence and causing a disturbance early Monday morning.
Vermont State Police received a report at approximately 3:16 a.m. that Wyndham C. Lee broke into a residence on Sargent Road North and caused a disturbance.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the scene.
Police determined that Lee, of Washington, had violated his active conditions of release.
Lee was arrested and charged with burglary, three counts of unlawful mischief, violation of conditions of release, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
He was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Lee was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Orange County, Criminal Division on Monday at 12:30 p.m.
