Police seek help locating missing teenager in Newark

NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old boy.

David O. Clark of Newark was reported missing Sunday.

He was last seen at 1 p.m. in the 200 block of Hawthorne Avenue.

Clark is described as 5’1″ tall, weighing 115 pounds, with black hair worn in twists and brown eyes.

He was wearing a black Carhartt jacket, black Nike sweatpants, black and red Jordan 3s and a black ski mask.

He was also carrying a black book bag.

Clark is diagnosed with ADD and ODD.

He may be heading to Perth Amboy.

Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. urges anyone with information regarding Clark’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
