SIDNEY, NY — Police arrested a man Wednesday after finding him unresponsive in a vehicle blocking a car wash at a gas station on West Main Street.
The Sidney Police Department K9 Unit responded to the Mirabito gas station after receiving a complaint about an unresponsive male seated in a vehicle.
During the investigation, police said they found a significant quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl inside the vehicle.
Jason E. Gray, age not provided, of Bainbridge, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.
He also faces one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a Class D felony; one count of criminal possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony; one count of criminal possession of a stimulant with intent to sell, a Class B felony; one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), a Class B felony; and two counts of criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, Class B felonies.
Gray was processed and transported to Delaware County Central Arraignment Court.
