CORINTH, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a 55-year-old man on a charge of second-degree aggravated domestic assault early Sunday morning.
Troopers responded to a report of a domestic assault at a residence off Hemlock Lane at approximately 5:28 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2026.
An investigation revealed that Joseph McKinney, 55, of Corinth, had committed the offense of domestic assault, according to police.
McKinney had left the residence before troopers arrived but was located at a neighbor’s home.
McKinney was arrested and transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing.
He was then transported to Orange County Criminal Court for arraignment on the charge of second-degree aggravated domestic assault.
