PEN ARGYL, PA — A warrant has been issued for a New York man facing multiple charges including driving under the influence and fleeing from police.
Berlin Eudiel Ramirez Garcia, 30, of New York, is wanted on charges stemming from an incident on South Robinson Avenue.
The warrant was issued Aug. 27 by the Slate Belt Regional Police Department.
Ramirez Garcia faces charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, DUI at the highest rate of alcohol, DUI general impairment, resisting arrest, evading arrest or detention on foot, recklessly endangering another person and various traffic offenses.
The warrant remains active under docket number MJ-03303-CR-0000149-2025.
Ramirez Garcia is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
