ORONO, ME — The Maine Warden Service and trained searchers from the Maine Association of Search and Rescue are searching for a missing 19-year-old man.
Chance Lauer was last seen Monday at the Orchard Trail Apartments in Orono where he lives.
Lauer is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Game wardens plan to begin ground searches in the Orono area at 8 a.m. with members of the Maine Warden Service, MASAR and 10 total K9 units from the Maine Warden Service and Maine Search and Rescue Dogs.
Due to extreme weather conditions expected, the Maine Warden Service is not asking for volunteers at this time.
