FAYSTON, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on a domestic assault charge Thursday night.
Troopers responded to a report of a possible domestic assault on Center Fayston Road at approximately 10:35 p.m. on January 23, 2026.
An investigation at the scene led to the arrest of John Gaboury, 38, of Fayston.
Gaboury was charged with domestic assault.
He was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Gaboury was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Court – Criminal Division on January 26, 2026.
He was released on conditions.
