NEW WINDSOR, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 60-year-old man who disappeared after going for a walk.
Jose Santacruz was last seen at approximately 1 p.m. on Jan. 21 before leaving for a walk, according to the New Windsor Police Department.
Police responded to 10 Oakwood Terrace for a missing person report that day.
Santacruz left behind all of his personal effects, including his cell phone, wallet and keys, police said.
He was described as wearing a dark colored coat and lighter colored sweatpants.
Santacruz is described as a white male standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with white and gray hair, brown eyes and wearing glasses.
His last known location was the parking lot at 10 Oakwood Terrace.
