Hit-and-run damages building in Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a truck involved in a hit-and-run crash.

On January 9, 2026, at approximately 8:45 p.m., the truck’s side plow struck a utility pole near 130 Silver Street, a building belonging to Community Action Partnership.

The pole fell onto the building, causing approximately $20,000 in damage, including the replacement of the utility pole by Eversource.

The truck appears to be a Ford Super Duty, possibly an F-250 or F-350, with a front dual plow, salter, and a stake body bed.
