ELMIRA, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a cigarette theft at a convenience store.
The Elmira Police Department said the larceny occurred at the 7-Eleven located at 865 Davis Street during the overnight hours of Jan. 16, 2026.
Police released a photograph of the individual they are seeking to identify in connection with the theft.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident is asked to contact the Elmira Police Department at 607-737-5626.
