PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for failing to appear at scheduled court hearings.
Justin A. Rodriguez, 29, of Phillipsburg, is wanted on a bench warrant after missing court appearances related to criminal trespass and terroristic threats charges.
On Sept. 7, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Main Street for a reported disturbance.
An investigation led to charges being filed against Rodriguez for criminal trespass and terroristic threats.
Rodriguez was arrested and taken to jail before being released with court-ordered conditions.
He subsequently failed to appear at scheduled hearings, prompting a judge to issue a bench warrant for his arrest.
Police said Rodriguez may be in the Phillipsburg or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, area.
Rodriguez is described as a male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
