SHELDON, VT — A 31-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges following a disturbance at a residence on School Street.
On Jan. 20, at approximately 7:51 p.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on School Street.
Upon arrival, investigation revealed that Trevor Gagner, 31, of Sheldon, was in contact with a person protected under a court order.
This contact also put him in violation of previously set forth conditions.
Further investigation revealed that in the course of the contact with that household member, Gagner had committed domestic assault.
Gagner was arrested and charged with domestic assault, violation of an abuse prevention order and violation of conditions.
He was later lodged at the Northwest State Correctional Facility on $500 bail.
