SALAMANCA, NY — City police arrested nine people on various charges over a five-day period last week.
On Jan. 14, Megan Mcconnell, 36, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
She was charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Mcconnell was processed and arraigned.
Also on Jan. 14, Kyra Nosie, 19, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Nosie was charged with menacing in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.
Nosie was processed and arraigned.
On Jan. 15, Kevin Stafford, 34, of Coldspring, was taken into custody following an incident in the city.
Stafford was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Stafford was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later date.
On Jan. 16, Brian Johnson, 39, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following multiple complaints of thefts from vehicles.
Johnson was charged with petit larceny.
Johnson was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On Jan. 17, Amanda Blair, 42, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Blair was charged with petit larceny, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and assault in the third degree.
Blair was processed and held for arraignment.
Also on Jan. 17, Andrea Perkins, 48, of Salamanca, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop in the city.
Perkins was additionally issued a uniform traffic ticket for illegal tint before being released from the scene.
Also on Jan. 17, Cyrus Spruce, 29, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that was reported previously.
Spruce was charged with assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and strangulation in the second degree.
Spruce was processed and arraigned and was remanded to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Jail.
Also on Jan. 17, Cameron Davis, 41, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years following a traffic stop in the city.
Davis was additionally charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 with previous convictions within 10 years, failure to keep right and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
Davis was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On Jan. 18, Cameron Bray, 32, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Bray was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
He was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
