HOMER, NY — A Syracuse man was arrested early Friday on an outstanding felony warrant while sitting in a vehicle in a business parking lot.
James P. Tucker, 43, of Syracuse, was taken into custody at approximately 1:57 a.m. at 125 S. Main St.
A Homer police officer conducting property checks on businesses along South Main Street observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business.
