SAUGERTIES, NY — A 35-year-old man was arrested on an assault charge following a medical emergency call on Jan. 14, 2026.
Michael J. Kenney, of Kerhonkson, was taken into custody at approximately 5:50 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Police responded to a call reporting a medical emergency before the investigation led to Kenney’s arrest.
Kenney was charged with misdemeanor attempted assault in the third degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court for arraignment.
